It’s been established that I love yellow flowers. Just check out this, this, this and this. Evidently I’m partial to sunflowers. I mean what’s not to like. They’re yellow, sunny, cheerful and they last a long time. I’m a go to one store, once a week to do all my shopping kind of girl. So I typically hit the grocery store every Monday morning and do all of my shopping for the week. I’m not going to traipse around to a bunch of different stores to pick up one thing here and another thing somewhere else. Target is the only other store I go to and that’s like twice a month. If I can’t get it at the grocery store, Target or through Amazon, I pretty much don’t buy it. So where I was going with this is that I’m always super disappointed when I walk into the grocery store and their flowers suck. Sometimes they just have the worst selection. Other times, they have these beautiful yellow gerbera daisies. And it makes my day!

+Having an air-conditioner in the bedroom on those hot, hot nights has been awesome!!! I’m so glad we gone one this year. It is totally worth the money (although we haven’t gotten an electricity bill yet since we’ve had it so I may change my tune).
+Got to spend some fun time with my Book Club last Friday night. I just love those girls. And even if no one reads the book (ahem . . . I actually did this time), we still can talk for hours and hours and have a million laughs.
+Shooting a portrait session with my gal-pal Chamonix and her husband Miggy this week. Seriously my favorite. The photos are SOOOOOO cute. I can’t wait to share them next week.

+My laptop is starting to be a sassy-pants again. I had to wipe it clean about 6 months ago and it was working grrrrreat until this week. Now it’s like sassing me all day long. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
+Allergies are back! Boo.

+I’m still making and drinking green juice every day. I sort of love it. It’s a pain to make because I don’t have a juicer, but I can’t stop. Read about my juice cleanse here.

+Yummy snacks, book club friends, spending a couple hours in a quiet house with a glass of wine (or two), a ridiculous sunset, soccer camp, fun photo shoot with lots of jokes, the cutest face of them all (Baxter),
